We’re pleased to introduce our brand new Outreach General Adviser, Sharon Fender.
Sharon
Sharon joined Citizens Advice Knowsley as a volunteer in October 2016. In June 2017 she became a Financial Capability Worker (Money Buddy) and supported our clients with money advice across our Kirkby, Huyton and Halewood locations.
In January 2018 she started a new role as our dedicated Outreach General Adviser. The purpose of this role is to make our services more accessible to clients who cannot get into the main locations, either via phone, email or face-to-face appointments at the clients’ preferred locations.
