Type of Contract: Permanent subject to funding

The Greater Merseyside Money Advice Partnership (GMMAP) is seeking to employ a Project Co-ordinator to join our Quality Team.  This role is funded by the Money and Pensions Service until 31st March 2023, with an extension subject to continuation funding.

The Project Co-ordinator will support the work of the GMMAP Quality Team in raising the quality of debt advice across the region.

The successful applicant will have experience in working as part of a fast-paced team.  The ability to prepare reports to meet deadlines, co-ordinate activity and/or events, and analyse and interpretate numerical data are essential.  Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Applications is also a must.

Successful applicants will be employed on a permanent basis by Citizens Advice Knowsley with a combination of office and home-based work and will operate flexibly in accordance with business need.

General Adviser

Type of Contract: 12 months fixed term

Salary: £22,750 p.a.

Hours per week: 35

Employers Pension contribution of 6%

Citizens Advice Knowsley are looking for a full time (35 hours) General Adviser.

With recent experience in advice work, the successful candidate will be expected to assist clients with all aspects of general advice work.

This position is funded by Knowsley Council Better Together Hardship Fund to provide advice and support to residents affected by the Covid pandemic.

The role will deliver services from our Kirkby and Huyton offices, along with Halewood and Stockbridge Village outreaches.  Some home working will be considered.
